The Xray Scanner comes pre-loaded with the Two Boxes Xray app and is purpose-built for use at the warehouse inbound dock. When a return package is scanned, Xray instantly looks up the tracking number to retrieve associated return details, marks the package as arrived within the Two Boxes tracking system, and assigns it a sort priority based on your configured rules — directing dock associates to the correct inbound zone without guesswork. Paired with a dedicated charger that keeps the device powered and always within reach, the kit ensures continuous operation throughout every shift. This combination gives returns teams real-time visibility into their inbound backlog, helps surface packages delivered by carriers but not yet scanned, and ensures high-priority returns are identified and processed before risking SLA breaches — all without workflow interruptions caused by device downtime.
