The Two Boxes Xray Scanner is a handheld scanner pre-loaded with the Two Boxes Xray app, purpose-built for use at the warehouse inbound dock. When a return package is scanned, Xray instantly looks up the tracking number to retrieve the associated return details, marks the package as arrived within the Two Boxes tracking system, and assigns it a sort priority based on your configured rules — directing dock associates to the correct inbound zone without any guesswork. This gives returns teams real-time visibility into their inbound backlog, helps surface packages that have been delivered by carriers but not yet scanned, and ensures that high-priority returns are identified and moved through the facility before they risk missing SLA.
